Property Management Franchisee Testimonials:
With over twenty years of retail ownership under my belt, I wanted to move into a new direction. After I discovered Renters Warehouse, I knew that direction would be Property Management. I was in search of a service oriented industry, and Property Management is a promising and exciting field. I opened the Renters Warehouse BW Metro franchise in January of 2012. Looking back at my first year in business, I realized I would not be where I am today without the help and support from the Renters Warehouse team. As industry insiders, they were able to provide me with the necessary materials and tools to help me get started, while allowing me to focus on my customers’ needs. They have been available to offer help and guidance along the way, and I now feel confident and well equipped for success as I more forward in this business. – David Gurian, Renters Warehouse BW Metro
I’ve known pretty much my entire life that I wanted to be self-employed, and have the opportunity to start and run my own business. The idea of having the recurring income every month from the management services, was especially enticing, compared to the traditional real estate model in which you are forced to “start over” every month. When the opportunity came up to join into the Renters Warehouse model, we were very intrigued, yet hesitant. We weighed our options against just starting our own. Ultimately, it was decided, “Why reinvent the wheel?” I can honestly say with 100% certainty that we would not have already experienced nearly the success we have if we had branched out on our own. With such a competitive marketplace, we would have been just another nobody jumping on the property management bandwagon as a way to scrape by in these difficult times. Because of the branding power behind the Renters Warehouse name, we have been able to set ourselves apart as the experts in the field. It’s not just the name though. As a new start-up with no record, we would not have been able to go to all of the rental websites on our own and been able to secure the marketing agreements that Renters Warehouse already had in place the day we opened our doors. Another reason that we have been able to set ourselves apart in such a competitive marketplace is the innovation of the Franchisor. Had we even thought up a lot of those ideas, we didn’t have the ability to see them to reality. We have become trail blazers in Phoenix, and have turned the property management industry on it’s head, and we couldn’t have done it on our own. Instead of being another one of those companies out there trying to copy what everyone else is doing, we are watching those companies in our rear view mirror. – Donovan Reese, Renters Warehouse Pheonix, Arizona
