The act of marketing, advertising, showing, acquiring and screening well qualified applicants for property owners. For this service you will earn a leasing commission.
Monthly Full Service Management:
The act of collecting the rent, enforcing the lease, providing monthly and yearly accounting statements, coordination of maintenance and handling move in and move out inspections. For this service a franchise will typically make a monthly management fee per property under management.
Client Set up:
The act of entering the client’s data into our automated property management software. Ordering utilities, obtaining applicable rental licenses or permits and introduction of management to tenant. For this service you will typically earn a fee.
Eviction Protection Plan:
This program covers a property owner from unexpected legal and court fees associated with an eviction. The fee is variable as it depends on the actual hard costs in your area; however, this compensation structure is a monthly add on fee to the monthly management fee.
This is the act of qualifying, screening, reviewing and approving or denying residency to one of your available units. For this service typically you will have a mark up on of our approved vendors.
